To properly assess your needs, we will have you complete a brief questionnaire. This will allow us to determine exactly how we can help your practice by getting to know you and your business better.
Once we’ve received your questionnaire, we will schedule a one-hour demo or exploratory call to discuss your practice’s needs and how we address those needs.
After the initial demo, you may want to have additional follow-up discussions with our team to be able to evaluate our programs and recommendations. We welcome these discussions and encourage you to ask many questions.
By the end of the demo phase, you will be presented with easy-to-understand pricing and our proposal. If you choose RevPro, you will be on your way!
Training & Implementation
- Once you choose RevPro, you will be introduced to the team. We are here to work with you as an extension of your office where we are all working towards a common goal = Run a Successful Practice!
- Your RevPro Account Executive will confirm a training schedule that works for you and your staff.
- For Billing clients, weekly meetings will be conducted to allow us to transition the billing and claim processes quickly and efficiently.
